Welcome, the Museum has improved and was enlarged with about 1000 decks recently. It still needs more sorting work,
but we don't know, if we find the time for it soon. In the case, that it is your first visit, here are some explanations:

The MUSEUM contains 3603 decks in the moment, most of them complete,
other in fragmentary form from all centuries of playing card history.
TAROT contains "Inana's List", which is not part of the Museum, also the Tarot collection of the Museum.
The Time Line gives an overview about Decks and related articles from ca. 1370 - 1800. The links on this list lead often to sources, which are included in the Museum.
Iconography is in development and still in an updating process. It has its focus on specific Tarot motifs, for instance Fool, Magician etc.. It unites examples of Tarot cards from 6 centuries with related articles.
3603 Decks are short described in the
Katalog, and can be started from there, but some might prefer to jump with good luck in the numbers.
Compare Motifs is a special function for studying a special motif in two different decks. You can use the whole Museum to "Compare Cards".
The group Fortune telling is especially selected from the Museum.
